Pet Policy

We welcome pets at Boulder Crossroads, with the following guidelines:

A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment home
Pets must be registered with the Leasing Office and include a photo and proof of vaccinations

Restricted breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Terrier, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Basset Hound, Bloodhound, Chow-Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky or any mix of these breeds.

Since the new manager got here she has definitely changed the property. I see all the changes at the property and in the staff as well. I plan on staying here for several years.
